A Few Questions About My New Toyota Granvia

I've just got a 1998 Toyota Granvia G Spec, and have a few questions, hope you guys can help.

The dashboard has started flickering - occassionally the dash lights will go out and the speedo will drop to zero. It is happening more and more often. Any idea what could be causing this? Also the rev counter has never worked, any thoughts on what connections/fuses/relays I could check? When I bought the car the guy converted it from km/h to mph, which he has sort of done, but the mph is constantly 13mph out. E.g. speedo shows 63mph but i'm travelling at 50mph! Do you think a dodgy conversion could be the cause of the flickering? Would it be better to remove the chip or whatever he has used and just get a face plate for the speedo?

In August I'm off to France. I need a spare bulb kit and headlight stickers. Does anyone have a list of the bulbs used in a Granvia, or where I can get one? Also any ideas where to get the headlight stickers. Are they the same headlights as the Hiace?
