Corroded Housing

Hello members.

Im a newbee and im in need of some help with my Carina executive.

Ive noticed its been loosing water lately and I had a thought the head gasket was gone but after a bit of investigation ive found the the small metal pipe that comes out of the bottom of the rad hose housing on the right hand side of the cyl head has been leaking and now its snapped off altogether.

The housing in question is where the 2 water temp sensors screw into and is bolted onto the head just in front of the distributor.

The engine is the 2.0 16v DOHC with single cam pulley.

Can anyone help with a replacement please.
