Stopping Forum Emails

Hi, I just wanted to stop the daily emails and watch the forum when I decide to, it states on the emails - 'You can unsubscribe at any time by logging into your control panel and clicking on the "Manage Watched Forums" link in the "Forums" tab'.

Perhaps I'm missing something, but I can't see this at all! Tried logging in and searching the page - help!! ;-)

when you are signed in in the top right hand corner you should see your username & just to the right of that a downward facing arrow icon.

if you click on that icon you should see my profile, my settings etc.

Select "my settings" & then under that "forums"
