Hi everyone!

I've joined for some advice. For the last 3 years I have been using a P reg 1300 Corolla as my daily runabout.

I swapped 20 !Removed! for it from a friend who's mum wanted to scrap it after buying an new eurobox.

In that time, despite driving it like a getaway driver ive covered 80,000 miles.

A few years ago I felt sorry for it and treated it to a timing belt, radiator, some new wheels and a bit of a paint job. I also turned it into a van. I'd always used it as a van after the rear seat jammed down but as I was painting it I thought I might as well go the whole way!

Here is a pic of my 'Rolla...

Think its whats known as an AE101 model?! Too old to be modern, too new to be classic, LOL!

Anyway, after years of full throttle action, the 1332cc power unit is getting a bit smokey so its time for a change.

As I'm fortunate enough to own a garage (and MOT station) and enjoy driving fast I thought of putting a bigger engine in.

Anyway, gonna do a bit of posting, hopefully help, pick up tips and make new friends!
