Hi Guys,

I have avensis verso 2001 which has poor power above 2500 RPM. 100000 miles and full service history with recent service. EGR valve cleaned no luck. Took to Mr T today and they say that turbo is not kicking in and need new turbo....... 1300£ :crybaby: bought last week.

Can these be reconditioned or repaired?

sure

do nto liquidate an ald worn unit such us turbo -- check with workshops dealing with turbos repair and have it repaired there.
