Help With Buying A Verso

Hi everyone I am new to this forum and wanted to ask some questions.

Me and my DH want to buy a Corolla Verso and wondered what we should be looking out for, our budget is £5,500

Your price range means you're looking at cars effected by the air bag recalls, so if you are not buying from a main dealer, check to make sure they've been done (a quick ring to Toyota GB will confirm that).

If you avoid the MMT models and avoid a very high mileage models, they're pretty reliable :)

Not sure the Verso has any specific issues. Just things that would effect most cars of a certain age clutches, timing belts/chains for diesels the dual mass flywheel (DMF) and air mass sensor. Just check everything works, seats fold/unfold all the electrics etc and make sure you have a service history you can check for repeating or unusual faults.
