With the Auris being so recent, you might find it a few more years before owners start replacing their more major OEM parts. None of the major exhaust specialists seem to offer an Auris sports exhaust at the moment, but enough shops will do you a custom build. I was very please with my Magnex exhaust on my old MR2, the full system came to about £400 including fitting (£100ish for labour). After checking, I see the prices have gone up since.

What were you thinking, just a back box/de-cat or full system? Correct me if I'm wrong, but exhaust places seem to be slow on the uptake in making performance exhausts for diesels. It's only been a few years since manufacturers have been releasing hot diesels and there's a lot for the exhaust to deal with considering carbon emissions AND performance... in fact can you even de-cat a diesel?

Try looking at VW and Audi forums if you're struggling, they love their sporty diesels.

Good luck & keep us informed xD

Wouldn't fitting a full exhaust system (Freeflow) void the cars warranty? Cause i've heard that sometimes it does...and toyota said that they shouldn't mess around with the catalyst converter and something about the valve should be closed at all time, other wise, the warranty will be void.

You'll probably do well with just a nice back box/rear silencer. Also, I'm not sure about the diesels, but my petrol has a variable exhaust manifold (as does the in-take). Surely, the diesels have this too and I would've thought a full-system would interrupt this.

Give http://www.fensport.co.uk/ a call, they're a nice bunch and could direct you where to go if they couldn't help you directly.
