Hi everyone, I picked up a 1986 hiace tourace devon camper last weekend and it is taking it's first trip this weekend for 4 days. I've ordered a load of stuff to install a split charge system with a leisure Battery, however I made a single ***** up (I think...). The mosfet diode I ordered is 90amp, but I have a suspicion the alternator is rated at 130? I've googled for ages and found nothing, and the manual has a ton of specs but not this one.

Would appreciate anyone who can give me an answer or some pointers. I don't have time to get a 130a mosfet diode for this weekend so fingers crossed 90a will do!

Thanks

EDIT: I've done a few searches on online parts catalogues and it looks like lots of 80's toyota vans had 70a alternators. Hopefully mine is too.
