Gear Stick Vibration Noise

When in 5th gear and doing around 60mph vibration kicks in from the gear stick making a noise ,when put my hand on the stick it goes away. Very annoying ?

There s fair amount about ther 5th gear popping out on the forum....sometimes as a result of resting a paw on the stick.

Unfortunately number 2 RAV seemed to lose 5th gear altogether today with no warning and noise on the over-run in any gear! In this case its another box i think.
