Hi, hopefully someone can help, I have just bought an L Reg MR2 and had a look underneath the engine and noticed what I think are called support brace arms have rusted, can you help me with the proper name of the parts and if they are easy to get hold of

Yes they are a sort of brace, quite a common part to rust on an MR2, send me a PM with your chassis number and I will price a pair for you
