Hi hope somebody can help?

When the engine is cold / cool the engine runs rough at between 1200 and 1800 rpm any other revs fine, as it warms up it settles down to only around 1400 rpm, otherwise its running sweet have had EGR and Plenum cleaned and checked, runs really well at any other rev accerates really well and returns good fuel figures i attained 56 mpg on a 500+ mile run and even when hammering it 1t's in late 40s early 50s.

Could it be injector / turbo problem ?

Many Thanks.

it is rather either overfueling due to poor injection or air inside of fuel injection system.

hi Rob

the performance of each injector can easy be tested on the fuel stand.

It is understood all four must be removed from the engine. The over fueling effect gives always rattle running + noisy. as to an air in the system -- the fuel fine filter is equipped with either membrane or special screw/bolt on the lid to have an air escaped. Start with filter first thanks to this is an easy job to do. Cheers/Igor
