Cannot Open Doors

I own a Avensis T3 2003 model. I have recently shipped this car to India. It took two months to arrive. The shippers had both the front windows down and the key worked manually as the batteries were completely dead. The car was jump started and parked in a safe place waiting for customs clearence. When parking i had both windows up and locked the door. This was two weeks ago. Now I cant open the door manually or remotely. What do I do? Help please

The key should still open the door manually, regardless of whether the Battery is flat.
