Obd Port & Engine Management Software

I would like to read the EMS logs on my 2004 T3D and a friend at work has an OBD lead that works on a lot of European Cars (VAG etc). Would anyone have any picture of the port to see if the lead will fit?

Also does anyone know where we can download a trial version of the software to read the logs?

The OBD port is standard on all cars from 2001 for petrols and 2004 for diesels, so should be the same as any other.
