Dear all. Please may I have a little help. I am trying to sell my dearly loved 2000 silver Celica. My elderly reletives have difficulty with the low seats getting in and out. I am not trading in because I am getting married and we don't need two private cars (he has a comapny one as well).

No one seems interested. I have put it in Auto trader, Belfast telegraph, and on a couple of web sites. Any ideas? I would be grateful for the input.

Hi sorry should have thought about that.

March 2000

52,000 miles

140bhp - no spoilers

condition good but not excellent

service history fine for two years I have had it

MOT'd in March OK

I want £10,000 have been offered £9500 on trade in so will accept that. I will take an offer but no-one has got that far yet. Maybe I'm asking too much but It seems to be in line with what the car mags say.

Thanks for all the help. Some people are saying that it is just really hard to sell second hand cars at the moment.

hmm my mate's just become a sales manager at a dealership over Belfast way.. he seems to be shifting cars well btut I think it's a vauxhall dealership so they are probably cheap as chips to buy and run over there when compared to a jap sports model..

try eBay make sure its detailed and pics included ive shifted cars and bikes on eBay. make sure you state its in ireland aswell. i think there is a eBay ireland.

its about £19 to list then 0.5% of sold price, but you can allways end bid early if sombody emails you with a offer.
