i got a 98 sr.

cracking little car, holds its own fairly well in the handleing dept.

the problem is there seems to be no aftermarket parts avaible at all.

least not that i have found.

u can get an universal air filter( dont know about a proper induction kit) and a custom exhaust system could be made for u but thats all i can tell u.

if anybody else has and info please know

Blitz do do some parts for the Naturally aspirated starlet, air filter exhaust etc but as EP82 said the turbo conversion is the best way to get more power.

I had an sr myself for a year but have just brought a Glanza V (starlet turbo import) the swap is possible but the wiring is a nightmare apparently :o:o

Well i thought mine was a good car they handle pretty well due to the TTE suspension. I didn't think they were slow either. The insurance is good grp5 and they fall into the cheap tax braket.

Bits for them are a bit rare but then i don't mind that as it's not ANOTHER saxo or corsa!!

Never had any troble with mine at all i had it for a year all round i think they are a good car

This isn't mine but i know the guy that owned it it's an sr shows what can be done....

:D Hi dub will be keeping my old car for a few months yet, i just wanted to know if the car was any good, so i could decide if i wanted one or not. I wanted to work my finaces out aswell, so when it came to it i would have enough for the car when the time comes. I have had my eye on the SR for a while now but have been getting mixed opinions about the car mmmm:(, which is confusing me. Since you own one m8 could you give me as much info as possible about the car, comfort speed etc etc and how much you would be selling it for. Oh forgot some people already replyed to me about the car as you probably have read, but the one one thing that worries me is can you still get parts for the car mmmmmmm, THX m8 regards MTB micra super s:D.
