Steering Wheel Electric Connections...

Nothing electric on my steering wheel is working - hasn't since I bought the car (04 Avensis diesel) - horn doesn't work, stereo remotes don't work..

When I had the stereo out there were no obvious plugs lying near it that had been disconnected from the stereo.

I suspect there will be a multiplug somewhere behind the wheel that would be the next thing to check, but I've no idea where to start....
