Need Help With My Avensis D4D 06

hi i need some help my avensis d4d t2 06 model has just started to give me trouble,i have the car 6mths it has a full service history from new

and injernal its a good reliable car since i got it,it got a service in may full oil change air filter oil fliter and fule fliter,problem is car starts

fine when engine is cold once the engine heats up it refuses to start and when your trying to start it when engine warm the engine rocks very aggressively and after a good mintune it starts but iam affraid it will burn out the starting motor if i keep doing this,there is no engine lights coming on to indacate where the probem could be,i had one or two mancanics looking at it but they cant give me a straight answer,one said it could be the cranck shaft senor and a toyota mancanic said it could be one of the injectors as one of the injectors are readinng off,but before i go for any of this i just want to get some more advice as it will coast 400e for one injector,much help appricated thanks martina

My car also has a starting problem. 2.2 with 86,300. Where about is the Sensor?

Im sorry i can help but reading your post its almost word for word something iv been meaning to post, and i believe it to be a common problem, but will your car struggle and shudder every time or like 50/50

Coolant temp sensor is located on the radiator at the bottom.

If its slow to start or hard to start..

You need to do the following things.

1) check fuel filter

2) manually pump the top of the fuel filter to check resisistance,

3) unplug air mass sensor

and try to start.

Possible parts that could be faulty (but in no particular order)

Starter Motor

Fuel pump

coolant sensor

injectors

control valves.

manifold / throttle body

main realy/pump relay.

coolant temprature sensor

Hi Im having trouble with the running of my avensis 2003 d4d only when it coms up to temprature.

I,m looking for someone to point out the location of the coolant sensor.
