T180 Estate Dimensions?

Odd request i know but does anyone know what the full dimensions for the T180 estate are? ive got most of them from http://www.toyota.co.uk/vs2/oldpdf/08/AV5_69_spec.pdf

Specifically looking for the over hang lengths either end of the car and to confirm that specs on the above are right specifically the wheel base is 2700mm (and if anyone knows if thats measured centre of wheel to centre of wheel?) car length and the min ground clearance?

My car isnt to hand or id just go out and measure it. Ive got a garage I want to stick it in but due to slope going in to the garage either the front bumper or exhaust hit the ground. The ground goes down then up going into the garage eg \/ and the car gets beached almost so im trying work out if some small ramps will solve the problem and if so what size. Tad anoying having a garage physically big enough to stick the T180 estate in but i just cant get in there. Everything else ive tried, Yaris, Auris, IQ, matiz all fit fine.
