Handbrake Adjustment Advice Please ?

I think My handbrake needs a bit of adjustment.. Its fine until I'm on the wet slipway with the Jet-ski. Then it seems to come up a long way .. To be honest I think I may have pulled a bit to hard and maybe stretched the cable ..... On My Wife's old focus You could simply lull the rubber gaiter out of the way the slacken the locknut and adjust the cable then re tighten the locknut Job done !!

So how do I do the above on the T180 model Year 2006..Thanks Guys....
