Avensis 1.8Vvti Oxygen Sensor

The MIL light on my 2001 Avensis 1.8vvti GS Hatch came on last week. I had a diagnostic check carried out which indicated Error code P0155. This I believe from reading Forum is Oxygen sensor Bank 2 Sensor 1. I rang Toyota who quoted £175 for the part ( not fitted ). Where do they get their prices from?? Can anyone out there supply me with the OE number for this part so that I can source a cheaper equivalent?

Thanks for that. A lot cheaper than Toyota, and I think that theirs are Denso manufacture as well.

There are three types listed on the web site. Would be really good if someone has the OE number so that I'm sure of buying the right one

Managed to get the sensor out today. ( OE. No. 89465-20800 if anyone needs to know). www.sparkplugs.co.uk list as Denso Dox-0270 priced at £57.60. That's a steal. Sending for one today

toyota say as you sit in drivers seat bank 2 is on drivers side ,bank 1 is on passenger side
