hi. i have a tns700 b9010 navigation system that first said, "unable to read disk". after i got a flat Battery and when I reconnected the Battery everything worked fine except the navigation system. My screen shows the error "A program cannot be read, please consult to a dealer" followed by some Japanese writing.

How do I fix this?? Thanks for any help you can give!!

Hi John,

have you tried taking the DVD out (under the passenger seat on mine) cleaning the disk and trying it again or removing the disk trying your satnav again and when it says "no disk" or "please insert disk" put it back in and see what happens mate.

Sorry I can't be of more help .....

Pete.
