Problem With K&n Typhoon Kit, Gen7

Hi i am a new owner of my celica and i have just installed a k&n typhoon kit on it but after about 30 miles the engine managment light comes on, i reset it and it does the same after another 30ish miles. Any ideas why it is? Its a 2003 model celica

Are all the connectors plugged in correctly?

As clean your MAF & reset the ECU again. There is an issue with some of the cheap eBay kits, with the MAF housing the wrong way round, but the K&N should be fine.

the wires for the sensor in your intake tube might be stretched/snapped...it happens a lot when fitting induction kits
