hi will black leather seats and door cards from a 99 avensis fit a 1993 toyota carina e

Seats can with a bit of modification to the floor fittings, but door cards will be a no.

cheers jeff wat mods need to be done to the floor fixings is it the runners or do the holes hav to be redrilled or somthing else ill would hav to get my door cards retrimed in leather to match the seats

Hard to say without looking Steve. If you already got the Avensis seats, take one out from the Carina and trial fit the Avensis seat. Sure way to see what need to be done.
