Hi all

I have just come back from a 1650 mile trip down to the Pyreneese in my Aygo!

I averaged 45mpg, not bad considering I had a full car load of caming/hiking equipment plus A/C on and sitting at 82mph on most of the motorway... let alone the steep mountain climbs I put the car through. It performed brilliantly well, especially once it was empty! The roads down there are fantastic and a lot of fun to drive, gave me the best opportunity to enjoy the handling to date with the coilovers and ARB recently added.

I have included a couple of pictures and a link to a video of the drive up to the campsite from a fully loaded car going up some pretty steep roads it didn't do half bad!

Hope you enjoy .....

Boy, that was a steep climb to Lescun! Did you check the oil level several times during your trip?

Nice video, though! congrats

I did... Still hasn't used a bit! I did oil and filter change before leaving. We went up some even steeper tracks than that almost 1in1 inclines all first gear! Awesome fun!

The wilderness of the countryside must have been one of a kind.

I wished I had had the chance and means to make a trip like that.

You are lucky chaps ;)
