Rear Bumper Fog Light

Hi Guys, just back today from a week in North Wales. An excellent time away only spoilt by some idiot hitting the Rav whilst parked up in a car park !! (Not even the poor weather spoilt it). Looks like they hit it with possibly a trailer...and not even a note left !!

They have smashed the driver side rear fog light thats intergrated into the rear bumper and also deep scores and paint removed on the bumper. I will live with the scoring and paint for now but need to fit a new light unit. Has anyone fitted one before? How easy/awkward is it? On initial looking it looks like maybe a panel can be removed from inside the rear wheel well. Parts-King if you are looking in can you give a price for a new rear, driver side fog light unit

. Thanks in advance Guys.

Swines!

"Official" removal method attached. Might be worth a look to see if it will come out without bumper removal, if you are not happy.

Thanks, seems a lot of hassle to change the light. I will see if I can access it without removing the bumper when I source one. Cant seem to source one, looks like the dealer then !! Unless Parts-King can give a good price !!

Dont worry if you have to take the bumper off, really simple job. Just remove the line of pop out fasteners that you see top and bottom and the mud flaps and it just slips off. I took mine off to fit the towbar and had never seen it done before. Took about 15 minutes to get it off.
