Clifford Alarm - Valet Switch

Clifford fob stopped working, so cannot turn immobiliser off to start car. Cannot find valet box to dis-arm alarm/immobiliser system. Not on dash board or by gear box were its normally found,any other suggestions?followed the wires from the alarm system through to behind my seats but still no joy in finding the valet box?any ideas on were it would be or wich wires to cut to disarm the immobiliser or why the fob would stop working in the first place (Battery and soldering checked in fob)!?
