Points Replacment

I have a M reg 2.0 auto which I assume has points due to the distributor. Is it possible to convert it from points to electronic ignition or is it already contactless?

Ah the good old days when you didn't even need feeler gauges.

A hack-saw blade for gapping the spark plugs and a !Removed! packet for setting the points.

Posh motor having spark plugs,my first car had flint ignition.

My first motorbike didnt have any ignition whatsoever, no keys, jump on, kick start it and a magneto provided the spark, anybody could ride it away

There and i thought a magneto was ignition and had points.
