Headlight Condensation

I have just purchased a 2002 MR2 and it is a cracking little car and lots of fun, I am wanting to get it back to original condition...

Headlamps - Condensation and green film on the inside? has anyone had to deal with this?

Wheels - Bubbling paintwork - got a quote for £270 to refurb them in the day..

Please feedback your thoughts and experience?

£270 to refurb is a joke mate imho, I ahve been quoted just £140 to do mine 3 of which are quite bad.

Our headlights have some staining but haven't done enough research yet to comment on best way to tackle this problem
