Prius Paint Transfer

I'm now on my fourth Toyota and a month or so ago took delivery of a new Prius. I recall in the past that when the new car was delivered there was a small paint transfer included with the welcome pack which was great for covering up small paint scratches. As the latest car has just been scratched and the welcome pack does not appear to contain a paint transfer, I wondered if anyone knows where I can get hold of one. Thanks in advance. Mike

Yay, I remember those... Paint plasters I think they were called...

However, with my new Prius, I got a small tin of touch-up paint.... Nothing with the Aygo though...

My first Yaris had a transfer sticker pack. My current Yaris (2008) does not have the sticker pack. You can buy a touch-up kit from your Toyota centre. It will include a pot of paint and a clear coat. I've used the touch-up paint kit and found that it did a great job, you would never know there was ever a scratch there at all. :yahoo: I forget now how much the paint costs but its not expensive. You will get the exact match for your car instead of going to somewhere such as Halfords where the quality of paint will not be as good, probably not exactly the same shade and more expensive.

My Auris 1.33TR came with a transfer pack when I took delivery in October 2009. Just wondered whether Toyota have since stopped doing them.

The touch up paint does a far better job than the sticker. I had a scratch on my first Yaris from taking something out of the boot so I used the sticker pack. It covered the scratch but the outline of the sticker could still be seen, only from standing close to the car. I had a family member making remarks about it, jealousy of course.
