Auris 2007 Bluetooth Help

Hi folks

Wondering if i can get some help, i have a T3 Auris 2007 with built-in bluetooth, I can pair my phone which is HTC Desire Hd and it works fine for making calls but when it comes to playing music or any media what so ever it does not play it on the Speakers in fact it is played through phone speaker even while paired,

Does anyone know why this is the case, is it something to do with Mono or Stereo compatibility of bluetooth device in my auris, considering it is 2007 model they should be using stereo bluetooth
