I want to change the suspension on my AYGO for lower sport suspensions. I want to lower the car about 3cm is it going to affect the VSC?

I don't think so. VSC is an extension of the ABS, allowing the car to individually brake wheels in order to keep it upright and out of a skid.

To do so it allso gains control over the accelerator, that's why cars with VSC (another name for ESP) have an electronic pedal instead

of one with a cable that directly controls the throttle valve on the engine.
