Gt4 Whining

I have an ST205 import, the car is fine apart from a whining noise which is is slightly concerning me. Between about 40-45mph there is a whining noise coming from the front not sure whether its the engine or the wheels.

Any ideas anyone

try shaking the steering left/right as you are driving at 40-45mph and see if it gets louder when you turn it one way compared to the other - if so then most likely your wheel bearing...

if not the god konws :D just a guess

Worn tyres can create more noise cos I know these cars eat them up. Also different profile Fr and Rr cause the diff to do funny things. Could be an idea to check the diff oil levels but yeah to me it sounds most likely to be a bearing.
