Does anyone know the best place to get the rear track adjusters from?

I was going to gnange both on both sides .

Also any advice on fitting them.

The engine also seems a bit jumpy as if its missing slighly.

It seems to be worse when its been driven for a while

Its when you accelerate it doesnt seem smooth.

I,ve just serviced it.

I changed the leads, oil, filter, plugs and air filter but its still the same.

Any advice would be appreciated as i was thinking of doing the fuel filter next

Welcome to the club Madmoody

If you can update your profile with details of the model/year/variant of RAV you have it will help 'them's as know' about such things to point you in the right direction.
