Warped Brake Discs

been to toyota yet again to sort my rear brakes out as they are warped.

i 1st took the car in around 6 months ago when it was just over a year old with a vibration and they said they couldnt find any fault with them and to wait for them to get worse.

so i took it back in on 1st sept where the dealership has now told me that toyota wont replace these as they are classing it as a wear and tear item, even though i told them months earlier, but they are replacing the steering wheel again and the front seat.

can anyone advise me on what to do from here on instead of me spending money on a car less than 2 years old.
