Yaris Sat Nav

hi,

i bought my yaris second hand. it was not specified or even asked if it had a sat nav or not. how do i find out if it has one and where would it be located. thanks

I looked at doing this. The cost of doing it is based on second hand parts, the system is disk based - disks are expensive and out of date.. and it's pretty basic.

If I recall, it does not search on postcodes.

Cheaper and far better to buy a Garmin or TomTom... I ended up buying a Garmin ...

im aware that an aftermarket sat nav is better than a toyota one. what i want to know is how to use a toyota yaris built in sat nav. i DO NOT know if my car has a built in sat nav or not

Do you have a large grey box (sat nav dvd drive) under either front seat, or in the boot?

if yes, you have the standard toyota sat nav, then press the "NAV" button on the head unit to activate.

if no, you do not have factory sat nav.
