Interference In Speakers

Hi all, I've got the Go! which comes with iPod docking connector as standard. It also has the sat nav with blutooth. My question is, when I have my iPhone connected and want to make a call I find that because of the location of the cabling it produces interference in the Speakers Does anyone know how to prevent this? Thanks!
