iv just bought a 7th gen celica, im looking at mods such as cold air/short ram induction kits, exhausts, exhaust/inlet manifolds, i wanted advice from everyone, eg cold air or short ram induction kit, and then by which company, im looking for a 3inch exhaust, who supplys and fits them the best, who sells the best exhaust/inlet manifolds, etc any information what so ever will be appriciated, im only 21 years old so im not loaded with money so i wanna buy the right parts once and not get it wrong and then buy it over again

You can get a K&M CAI which are quite good and quite a few Celica Club guys use them.

What Gen 7 do you have. 140 or 190?

If you want to change the intake & exhaust manifolds, you might need to go for an aftermarket ECU to get the full gains from it. As for the exhaust, if you go to a 3" system all the way through and still running N/A, you WILL lose power.

OBX do an exhaust manifolds for both the 140 & 190.

Inlet manifolds you'll have more trouble with. DD performance research do one for the 190 (about $1,400)

Powerflow are good for complete systems, but again a full 3" system will not do you any good. A 3" cat back should be ok though.

Best advice is to get on Celica Club and chat to some of the Gen7 owners on there & even Se7en Motorsports. They are the leading performance specialists in the UK for the Gen7 Celica. They built my 380bhp Supercharged 190 engine

Get the HID xenon kit. Makes it look very very nice! eBay £40 for the 55w kit and £10 for the bulb adapter. Easy to install!

Lower it sets it off get a sports cat fitted better flow. Have a look at celica club plenty of for sale items to improve looks handling and performance and all cheaper than buying new along with all the been there done it crew to save you money which is a big help
