I thought about that but the dark blue mica as its called would look black... To be honest I was cleaning the inside of the car and decided to clean the top of the gear knob with a soft brush as light dirt/grunge tends to gather in the reccesed part.. Then before I knew it I had the paint out !!!!..........Colour is Audi Brilliant red..

Betnovate is good for red bits on knobs.

Tried that last night on my fathers door handle - he slipped and is in hospital with a broken arm.

Thanks !

Yes Mate I do.. I'm a bit of a tool freak !! Just love buying quality tools.. But the PTG is a very important piece of kit when polishing a car especially if it belongs to someone else !!

I measure all over any car in order to identify any change of thickness IE areas that have been re painted. Usually well 90% of the time this is recognisable by eye but smart repairs can catch You out !! All after market or non original paint will be much softer than factory so it can easily be polished through if You don't know its there. It also lets Me know how much paint or Lacquer I have to play with which is very important when polishing out heavy swirling or deeper scratches .....

I was gently driving down the M40 today minding my own business and I saw something that reminded me of Charlie...... 3 Evoque's on a transporter, guess they might as well get used to being on there unless the reliability has been sorted :!Removed!: all polar white.
