Replacing The Battery Is Now Sounding The Alarm

I have a 2007 Yaris with a dealer installed $395 "Guardian Alarm System".

Unfortunately, I don't have a model number or user manual for the alarm they installed, so I don't know to get it to accept the new Battery.

I followed the directions to reprogram the keyless fob*, but it didn't help... the car still won't start and the alarm still goes off.

I'd hate to have to go the dealer to pay for a simple Battery change.. Any ideas how to reset/disable (or fuse to remove) to get the the alarm to accept the new Battery?

Thanks!

It's for a siena, but the yaris worked as he described:

By replacing the Battery I assume you mean the keyfob Battery. If you took longer than 10 seconds to replace the Battery the link with the car could well have been lost. Which means all keys will need to be reprogrammed to the car.
