Passenger Seat Seatbelt Stalk

The front Passenger seat Seatbelt Stalk is playing up on my 1.0 GS, the housing is cracked and buckle fails to locate and clip in rendering the passenger belt pretty usless so it needs replacing. Its a 2002 model and the haynes amual states any models after 2003 require specialist removal of the seatbelt stalk due to setting off the tensioner. So apart from post 2003 models Does anyone know if any any other models, yaris or any toyota use an interchangeable ( or the same part) Also whats a reasonable price to pay for one of theses, listings on eBay are all around 30 quid.
