2c Diesel Starting Problems

hello any one out there who can give me ideas or things to check out , I have a toyota auv van, with a 2c diesel engine. its 10 years old with about 130000 kms on the odometer. Just a few months ago i started to have problems starting it. i have changed the glow plugs with new ones but it seems that now i have to crank the engine oh about anything more than 30 seconds sometimes i think much longer

. If i am lucky the cranking would seem to change to something like an engine about to start depending on how lucky it may just turn over or it may just continue to crank and sound as if it will start but eventually if the Battery does not run out on me it would still somehow start well after all that cranking that is . So i just want to know what is the problem is it the injector or is it something else how do i now that i need to have the injection pump and injectors service. Oh yes would it help also if i add that once started it starts like nothing is wrong except if i leave it after 5 hours later then it may have a little problem starting.

hope some one can give me ideas of steps and tips on what to check . thanks
