T Sport Exhaust

My T Sport is now 9 years old, and i am assuming the exhaust won't last much longer. I have been told by a dealer that the exhaust is all one piece and costs around 900 pounds to replace with a genuine item. I have looked at aftermarket exhaust sites and they show the exhaust in several parts.

Can i buy parts or do i have to buy a whole exhaust.

If you search on eBay ,you will see what you have been told is

expensive

and

misleading.

Wait for it to have some holes and then worry about it. But do some research first. Dealers love to make money from the ignorant.

the tsport exhaust comes in 3 sections:

manifold

cat & centre section

backbox

depending on what part has gone, there is various options to replace them. you can get performance replacements, or local stainless exhaust centres (longlife/powerflow etc.) can make you up something that'll last longer. eBay is your friend.
