Looking At Mk 2 1.33 Yaris.

G'day folks.Interloper from the Aygo forum here.

Looking to change from the Aygo to a MK2 1.33 petrol Yaris.

Reasons for change....Want 5 doors (should really have specced it on the Aygo,but there you go),quieter A road/Motorway cruising hence looking at the 6 speeder and the ability to tow a trailer (up to 600Kg).

Does the 6 speed box or the Stop/Start doohickey give problems?.

What is the real world fuel consumption of the 1.33 motor?.I can wring mid 60s MPG from the Aygo 1.0 on a run which i think is excellent.

Anyone tow with a yaris;how does the clutch stand up to the extra weight.The older Aygos suffered from iffy clutches a while back so is Mr T under engineering his designs these days?.How is the Yaris for noise?.Bag of rusty nuts in a washing machine or Eastbourne on a wet Sunday afternoon ?.
