Which One, Yaris , Carolla, Avensis Or Rav4

Hi all, I have had a 2001 1.3 Yaris SR for nearly 4 years now, It has sailed through every MOT . It regularly does 45-50mpg and has never let me down ( engine management light on at the moment) I give it a oil and filter change twice a year and has done 156000 miles was 96000 when I bought it. This is the best car i have ever owned 10/10 for reliability. However i am now looking for another car and have between 4-5k to spend, I have narrowed it down to either a Rav4 ( I know my running costs will increase)a corolla or a avensis or another Yaris. Which would you recommend?

It's kind of entirely down to your personal needs and or wants, I bought my Yaris D-4D (same 5k budget) as an economical get me around town car because I do delivery driving and go down some pretty narrow streets where most of the other models you listed just wouldn't have a shot at a 3 point turn. Also they'd cost more to run. I find with the rear seats slid forward or folded down I have enough space for anything I'm likely to want to fit in my car. If you require more than that, get something bigger.

Personally I think the RAV 4 is a bit blingy and Hair dresser-ish, and this is coming from a Yaris owner LOLZ. The Avensis is a nice understated saloon car, and the Corolla a nice medium family sized car. Think what _you_ want or _need_ in a car, and then decide.
