Engine Rattle

My 2006 celica vvtli GT has developed a noisy engine rattle at idle and seems to get louder the longer its left. Anyone experineced this and knows what it is?

Without hearing it, it may be a spun bearing. It is known for 190's to spin a bearing. How do you normally drive it?

normally drive it very easy, listened to a spun bearing on youtube doesnt sound as loud as that more of a tapping noise that gets louder on idle and then goes away when I touch the trottle. sounds like its ran out of oil but it hasnt.

Oh in that case it might be the tensioner. They are also known for being noisy when they are on their way out/going.
