Rumbling Sound Help

I own a 2005 avensis t3x just boughg from main dealer. There is a rumbling sound from the front of the car anx vibrates through the footwell. No vibratinv through the steering wheel or pedals. The main dealer has checked it and says there is nothing wrong and that is road nouse from the tyres but I disagree, I have had road noise before from my old car and its nothing like this. The noise is only there upto around 50mph and at its loudest between 30 - 40mph. It is louder on smooth tarmac but I put this down to less noise from the road. The car drives fine.
