Help With Engine Id Please

Hi all Im new to the forum officially but have lurked around for a couple of years now.

the problem im having is , im wanting a "tuning box" for my 2004/2005 (new shaped 54 plate)2.0 116ps d4d engine.

iv had one delivered from Germany for what they say is correct, BUT the plugs dont fit into anything apart from the turbo censor and not on the end or the common rail as they are ment to. i took some pics and emailed them to the guy but he says it one of the "older" engines and isnt a common rail ???????? eh????

soooo i was wondering if anyone knew which other Toyota this engine had been fitted to? looking at photos alone (not the best method i agree) it looks like the engine fitted to the 2004 avansis.

any help would be appreciated .
