Replacing Front Wing And Bumper

Im considering replacing the front o/s wing and bumper on a avensis I am looking to buy if the price is right... but have an idiots question as I havent seen the car up close yet (am going in the morning). Googling has done nothing but give me pictures of the wings and no answers

Is the wing bolt on or welded?

Get the parts of eBay. That where I got some parts for my cars.

Thats what I intend to do - I am just wondering if an 04 plated car will have bolt on wings or not..

priced all the parts up at a max of £200 using second hand parts - which brings the car well within budget and gives me room for any other little issues it might have.

Wing is bloted on, but will require a good set of tools to get off and some commonsense.
