Outer Mirror Cover

Use a round tip knife; insert it with care, between cover and frame at the upper side of the mirror assembly.

I painted my covers too; after removed them, I sprayed with a plastic primer, then sprayed the paint in 5 thin layers with 10 min. breaks between layers. I'm happy with the result even now, after one and a half year.

Don't be afraid my friend, it's strong plastic, is ABS, you can't break anything!

My method of removal was to attack the side of a bus (well, actually, the bus hit me), but if that impact didn't wreck the mirror cover on our HSD driver's door (or the indicator), you should be OK. Dave.
