Avensis Tr 08 What Oil?

Hi my Avensis is in for a service what oil would you guys recommend? And where could I buy it the cheapest?

My idea is SAE 5w 30 fully synthetic but who and which brand? Coz I know sometimes you can get the same stuff in other branded bottles.

Mobile 1 ESP 5w-30 (C2/C3 spec) from eBay at £56 for 10 ltrs from Matt lewis motor sports. I posted something about this the other night. I think he might have sold the 20 ltr he had for sale. But you could always contact him and see if you can get the deal.
